A plaza that charges, and then stays
Marco Alves · Mobility desk · 7 min · 28 Sep 2026

Lumora's pavilion is a charger only after dark. Arlo Voss keeps the day: olives, shade, and nowhere to put a screen.
The engineering is ordinary on purpose. What the house wanted known is the order of the day: the room first, the plug second. Arlo will walk you the shade line and stop talking when the roof lights. The night opening has no program and no photograph of a dashboard. Clippings from the collab are the benches, the hour, and one sentence he repeats: stay as long as the light does.

Lisbon, by day: olives, shade, stone. The plug waits until dark. Arlo will not show you a screen.
